Usurpation of Khanum Sardar's property
Petition by Muhammad Yusuf Khan from Harat to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs regarding the Government of Khurasan and Jalal al-Sultan, who has confiscated the property of Khanum Sardar in Himmat Abad and requests money in order to return the property. Since Khanum Sardar had transferred the property to Muhammad Yusuf Khan, he is asked to provide the money. Muhammad Yusuf Khan has been informed that due to his delay in the payment, the property has been sold off by Khanum Sardar's attorney. He deems this transaction unlawful and asks for justice.

Marriage agreement of Rubabah Aqayi and Fath Allah Jamshidi, 1935
Marriage agreement of Rubabah Aqayi, daughter of Haydar ʻAli from Khuzan, and Fath Allah Jamshidi, son of Ramazan ʻAli from Khuzan. The mahr includes twenty-six tumans and two thousand five hundred dinars, one-twelfth of a residential building located in the Shamsabad neighborhood of Khuzan, some properties in the Andan village known as Jaʻfarabad, and one pair of gold earrings worth ten tumans. Additionally, ten tumans will be paid as the bridal gift to buy women's clothes.

Regarding a claim by Sakinah Khanum, wife of Shaykh Muhammad ‘Ali from Sabzivar, against Afrasiyab Khan (Alexander), son of Comte de Monte Fort, over two white horses. She presents an affidavit and a settlement in which her daughter, Kawkab Khanum, has transferred ownership of the two horses to her along with their accessories and a carriage. Haji Riza Gari-chi (coachman) from Shiraz, son of Rustam Khan, had transferred the mentioned items to his wife, Kawkab Khanum, for her mahr of one hundred fifty tumans. Shaykh Abu al-Fazl the preacher from Ganjah writes to Hujjat al-Islam Aqa Mirza Sadiq about the government council of Ganjah's intervention in his preaching to ask him to talk about the education of girls and the progress of the Armenians and Russians who have educated their daughters. Shaykh Abu al-Fazl did not cooperate and was thus exiled. He eventually started teaching in Ahar, but complains about the hardship there and requests Mirza Aqa Sadiq's assistance.
